Cleo Smalls attended Arcadia University from 2003 to 2007 graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Print Communications. While attending Arcadia, Cleo worked as Marketing Manager for a start-up janitorial business creating marketing strategies that were aimed at promoting a new business while securing and maintaining a clientele.

 

While still in school, she also spent her communication internship working for NBC 10 as a production assistant for the 10! Show creating fresh new ideas for their live-filming daily show.

 

Cleo has worked as a Marketing Analysis Coordinator and also as a Senior Sales Representative who assisted in launching Metro PCS in the Philadelphia market in 2008 by conducting in-store marketing and flier campaigns.
